I am trying a new journey with carb cycling. I’ve had a lot of success with carb depletion in the past but after a consultation with my nutritionist she informed me that I am doing more harm than good. Apparently when you deplete carbs for too long it slows down your metabolism and your blood sugar plummets. Has anyone had success with carb cycling? If so, can you give me any good tips and advice to stay on track? Thank you!
