Made it through the day just fine...fit in 2x at the gym today. Warm up cardio -10min, then a full weight circuit, 50min., then 20 min on something called an Arc Trainer (is a variation of an eliptical).

Then, as if that wasn't enough, my husband got home and asked if I wanted to go to the gym w/ him. So - I took it very easy though and walked on the treadmill and watched The Dr. Oz Show. But hubby probably wouldn't have gone if I didn't say "sure" so, it was worth it.

But I am tired tonight!
