well we were out of town on monday so it was nuts.. i tried to stay on plan.. but i did not do so well.. We came home on Tuesday and that day was a total loss.. but back on track today

I think that's one of the great benefits of a site like this. It seems easier...no, not the correct word....more likely that when we mess up (and we're only human, we will mess up!) we'll get right back on it. Do you find that to be the case? Seems like a mind-set change to me in that I no longer use a meal or an entire day of messing up to give up. You can do it! : ) Have a great day.
