So while I have been working on keeping a close eye on what I am eating and my calorie intake, I noticed I am no longer producing much milk for my 6 week old baby. after doing some research it turns out that 1200 calories is way too little and I should be having a around 1800-2400 calories! Especially good carbs like porriage, sweet potato, brown rice etc. so now going forward I will be increasing my calories while hoping with minimal exercise I can keep losing weight but not decrease milk supply.
