My happy thought for the day. I have outlined this journey, and feel it’s achievable. Drop 10# per month. Finish the end of November! I’m very excited about this! It’s a plan that can and will work. It gives me plenty of time to change behaviors and find where I am happy. Keto strong until then, and December will switch to more of a Mediterranean influence. But primarily Keto. I’m good, I’m happy.
