Started back onto keto Monday and am feeling the "keto flu" bigtime today. But I want to remember this feeling so I don't fall off the wagon again in a few months. It's tough to switch from sugar-burner to fat-burner, but it's worth the struggle. On the other side is fat(weight) loss, mental clarity and good overall health, which I enjoyed last summer when I was LCHF. I'm makin' my way back, and although it doesn't feel good...it feels good.
