Non-scale victory: Tried on a shirt this morning that was starting to get too tight for me and it fit like the day I bought it. I'm also starting to see differences in my upper body. Now if only my love handles had just a little bit less love in them :-b

LOL that’s a great feeling! 🙋🏻Only superseded by walking out of your pants... yes it happened to me! 🤦🏻♀️carrying groceries! Funny and mortifying. Belts are a must! 💁🏻♀️Those love handles won’t be around for long!
