tergantung aktifitas kita. kalau kita cuma kerja santai minim olah raga. ya segitu cakupan kalori sehari sudah sangat berlebihan . tapi kalau olah raga sehari 3x . zumba . lari berkilo2 bisa sih. tapi juga perhatiin yg kita makan. karbonya juga
