Help I am so disgusted with myself. I have completely abandoned any attempt to lose weight and I am creeping back up to my heaviest. I am in NM caring for my grandbabies and we have been eating out a lot. I have not signed in here because I have just been too embarassed. I do have access to a tread mill and did 30 mins on it today and I will do it every day.AAAAAAH
