I didn't have the greatest week ever but I did manage to drop a few pounds. I was so excited to get a fresh start this week and I bent over to pick up something and pulled a muscle in my back. Geez how stupid do I feel. But I will not use this as an excuse to ease up on my eating and exercise plan.
