Yesterday started so good then bam! Go to visit family so the kids can play together for a couple of hours, which somehow turned into a pizza and icecream night 😣 feeling pretty devastated with myself. I should have just had one small slice ans threw away the icecream secretly after it was given to me, but instead I devoured 3 slices and ate the icecream cone. But Monday starts the beginning of a new week so I will just keep trudging along with hopes I can manage to lose at least 1kg - 1.5kg each week. But to make certain of this I think I need to motivate myself to get on the treadmill today once the babies are down for their nap!!
