My back was killing me, so I got up and stretched. Wow, that really worked. Feeling great now, and I had a good lunch. Today I am working on a low cal day, will go dancing tonight. Not thinking I will lose this week but getting my head around getting back on track by the end of the month. Looking to average 1250 so I have a few low days ahead.
