Had too few calories yesterday (900 calories), stalled my weight loss. Had double portion of meat and salad for dinner! Feel so stuffed. Back to intermittent fasting with Keto coffee tomorrow. Want to lose 2.7kg in the next 10 days before I have a break for a month. Then back on the Keto to try and lose another 4kg. 20% bmi is my ultimate goal. Currently sitting at 26%.
