Sherri Marshall, I was stuck too. I did do the hamburger, butter thing and dropped 3 lbs in a couple days. Unfortunately the weight did not budge from there for three weeks. I just upped my protein by +/- 20 grams and lowered my fat approx. 10 grams to keep calories the same. So far it is working. I've dropped over 1&1/2 lbs in a few days.
