I have started and restarted this diet so many times...but this time I hope that I stick to my committment to myself. I have always been at a healthy weight but for a combination of reasons that we all talk about here- I gained a lot...too much for my frame. Today was a rocky start- I wasn't at home for much of the day so I couldn't have total control over the food available to me. I'm hoping for a better tomorrow!
