I broke fast at noon, mostly because I was bored and have a giant fridge filled with keto items... I ate 1/2 and the kids each got a quarter with their other snacks.

Bacon, cheese, almond meal bread.

I forgot the oil, so it was a little dry but still very tasty, next time I want to add spinach and more cheeses.

Recipe: 4tbsp almond meal 2 medium eggs 1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese 2 tbsp bacon crumbles 2 tsp Parmesan 1 tbsp oil Dash of garlic and pepper Microwave for 90seconds in mug, my microwave needs more time, so i flip it over and do another 90secs.

I do OMAD generally, so 20-24hrs each day - having said that if I am hungry, I eat and this sometimes happens! Try to do longer fasts every few months, started this one about 6PM Sunday night (it's nearly 8am Tuesday now) - will take it as far as I can naturally. Am monitoring progress daily :) Thanks for the recipe!

You're welcome. I try to fast 18-20hrs and eat two meals. But some days I'm hungry early, others I go 24hrs. I am not sure I could do just one meal, I get full really quickly since going keto and have been having issues getting my calories to 1250 with two meals.
