I spent the weekend in deep couch city. I kept an open mind & tried some diet adjustments last week like the trainer at my gym asked me to. I had too much bread on Friday & was in so much pain all day Friday & Saturday. I guess after not having gluten for so long my guts just can't handle it anymore. Well not the ammt I ate anyway lol. Back on track today!
