Wow....It's only taken me 90 days, but I've finally come out of the 171 - 175 lb range and hit my goal of 170 lbs. I was beginning to think I had plateaued and landed at a weight range that would be my destiny. I'm happy to have accomplished my current goal of 170 lbs. My next goal will be 165 lb and also to balance my cardio w/ some upper body strength. I'll do my uppper body work out on Tuesdays and Thursdays and continue the cardio on M/W/F.
