I agree with Maxie. The comment about stretched out jeans is so relevant to me these days. I don’t know how but through fabric that is proof aliens exist I was wearing size 8 jeans when I started this journey. I was 200 pounds and couldn’t get into most of my clothes. No way I was a size 8 but they fit and were comfortable. Now I can’t wear them because the fall down if I put my hands in my pockets and just generally sag in the butt. So I’ve been wearing my size 6 wonder pants. They fit nicely but are starting to get loose. I had a new pair size 6 pants as my motivational jeans but now I can wear them. Got to go get some new motivation pants. Come to think of it I may go see if any of my other jeans will fit me now. That could be good or bad. I’d hate to be disappointed. The point to my rant is that size matters. Lol. But alien 👽 fabric matters even more. Lol

@newn, so after gaining weight some on my pants started just digging in and I went shopping... it was QUITE the wake up call... I usually wore a size 00, I was sweating a size 1, then went to Target to buy jeans or "jeggings" and I was a size 6... how in the world was I squeezing myself into size 1, junior jeans for so long. Now I tend to buy too big to avoid muffin top or creases... at my heaviest I bought some size 8 pants at h&m, but I know they ended up stretched way too far, I just retired them because they just fall off now and it's embarrassing to be pulling my pants up all day... I tend to just wear jeggings or leggings... they seem to be more forgiving and fit better during the weight gain or loss process.

Girls.. girls.. girls...when I was your young age I love my backside and I love wearing those jeans that made my figure look even better. I love my jeans but my sweeties at 58 well its just not the same lol
I have a beautiful daughter and she has the curves ... plus she buys those curvy jeans I think hers are from American Eagle anyway even though she is young I thought her to be proud of her femininity and enjoy the beauty of her body..so ladies get your cute selves out there and throw it down...money that is... get you a pair of them knock em out jeans and enjoy that hard work you all have been doing...your young and beautiful run with it ladies while you can;)

Everyone go YouTube Jessie James decker- blue jeans... it's so sassy.
Also she has other women body empowering songs. For me I never wanted looks to be a main factor of confidence for teaching my kids pride. But looking back at my awkward stages... her song "pretty girl" is something I wish I had heard as a young teen...
