Well my PCP has given me a Challenge to.loose 6 to 10 pounds in 2mos. She as also suggested going Vegan to.help Heal & Reset my body.from past Health Issues. I've been doing alot of Online Research & ordered 3 Live To Eat.Books that I'll p/u tomorrow on way home.from the Gym. Wish me luck on my Newest Life Journey.
