I don't usually weigh myself in the middle of the week. I wait until Sunday or Monday for my weekly weigh in. I made the mistake of weighing in on Wednesday. I was up to 235 which was a 4 lb gain. Not sure why unless it was water weight from drinking alot of water. Anyway I have weighed this am and I am now down to 229.2 which means there was 6lb swing for some reason. From now on, I will only weigh myself on sunday or monday morning. Just seems that kind of swing could easily knock someone off there diet or could just as easily reinforce their will-power.

For those people on Atkins. The Cream Cheese Clouds with Cocoa when frozen give you somewhat of a Ice Cream treat taste and are very low carb. I like them they could become addictive so be careful if you eat them..
104.0 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's just normal weight fluctuations. Like you said, if it bothers you, stay off the scale in between weigh-ins. Great job on the loss.
