berat ideal nya berapa mas ?

@darrel.. Klo pake rumus BMI ideal nya 65 kg. Tp ni lagi cutting mo sampe 70 - 73 kilo.. Trus mo bulking lagi. Target real nya 75- 80 kilo dengan body fat 12% an
