Grass fed beef, romaine lettuce, Icelandic plain yogurt, tillamook cheddar, a homemade pico and tapatio!
So satisfying after a 24hr fast!
I need to do more research on IF and fasting. Going to buy some books on keto and IF this weekend. I like to learn.

@dankrause I like reading books more than articles online. I am old fashioned in some ways... I collect books, each room in my home is filled with them... I don’t like ebooks or libraries...

I love romaine wraps! Also love cabbage rolls and kale! When bread got so easy to buy we forgot so many different ways to eat things!🤷🏻‍♀️

Look up Dr Fung on YouTube as well as reading. He's an excellent source for correct information on fasting.

@smp leafy wraps are the best, I started using leafy greens instead of carbs a long time ago. Instead of rice, pasta, bread... just a bowl of leafy greens.

@cutefatti, I’m doing keto and cut out beans... but I use Icelandic yogurt instead of sour cream to add more protein. I have also been adding flax seed and seeds for protein

@jackie I will look into that. But I haven’t needed help with recipes as much as the science behind what happens with the body and such. Just curious to the deeper info lately

@kearamccardle I have way too much adhd for audio books. I homeschool and we use some audiobooks but I have to follow along in a book or I get distracted and stop listening 🤷‍♀️ I am just a different type of learning... I am a visual and kinesthetic Learner.
