Another great fitbox day! Great work out then walked half way to hair salon and got my hair done :) Feeling weirdly positive! I had to grab some lunch and went to subway (I actually hate this place..I think its unfresh food!) But I hadnt eaten and was getting really hungry! So i got half a tuna sub. Wasnt too unhealthy...but definitely too much fat! Ahh well..as long as Im within my 1300 per day...its not the end of the world! :)

I had a major turning point today. I got a 200Kcal bad of doritos...as a treat. Normally I would have eaten maybe two in one go! But I had half and saved half for later. Making it fall into my 100kcal snack rule. For the first time in AGES...i didnt have the urge to BINGE! Im happy and feel like progress is being made...the scales my not be dropping as fast as I wanted to but my body is looking so much better...skin glowing (cause all i drink now is water!) and Food is going well.

Cant wait to go on holiday monday. I'll still be able to blog here and record my food which is good.

I read in your previous journal you were going to Bikram Yoga, how was it? did you like it? You seem to be on track with the diet and doing very well with your exercise. Keep up this great job!

Thanks! Ahhh Bikram yoga was HARD! Its a mental game almost...the heat is so intense...that you mind is literally screaming GET OUTTA HERE!...but after about 60min you totally zone out and get into it. I found by the time I got into it...it was over. I'll try it again in a few weeks when Im back. I know they say you can do bikram yoga no matter what your size, which is true...but if I were thinner it would have been easier I think. You should try it...its fun...and you feel super tonned and trim after just one sesh!

I don't understand exactly what it is about, I'm going to google it right now! I'm not a fan of "fancy" yoga, I like the traditionnal one, but I saw in front of my chiro clinic a bikram yoga studio. I'm curious about this...

It's definitely 'fancy yoga'! But it works, I was a little sceptical at first. But I tried it cause the first class was free. I had some muscle from fitbox which all went after the yoga class. Look into it...definitely worth a try I say
