Bon... j’ai du mal à stabiliser mon poids je continue à fondre.. mais bonne nouvelle ma masse grasse descend au profit de la masse musculaire.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
