ok here we go. Im hungry already just thinking about losing weight. I usually begin very compliant and enthusiastic for the first 2 weeks. Thanks to this challenge and support of others I feel this will help me persevere through the next 12 weeks. I am losing weight for my daughter's wedding in August. The most difficult challenge is the late night munchies. I will have to learn to eat at the table for meals so watching TV will not trigger the need to be munching on something. Also to get rid of eating for comfort and deal with my emotions in a more healthy way. Also I eat to give me more energy if I am tired. Enough sleep is also key. Well all this is overwhelming. Will have to take it one day at a time with little baby steps. Will start with some exercise tonight and begin tomorrow with the calorie counting.
