Broke a 20hr fast with Dilly bites, an almond meal “bagel” with everything spice, chive/onion cream cheese and a mini babybel Gouda and some “achieve clarity” teamotions tea with a 1/3 scoop of ketobomb.

Thanks!! I have bounced back much easier from all the stress than I usually would, I think because while doing keto my hormones are more balanced... and probably all the support I have received and kind words. ♥️
