🚫 No Starving thy Self though
✔Eat Less than 1000 Calories
🚫⚠No CHEATING (I have a Outdoor Yoga/Picnic to go too, and already paid, so that don't count )
✔Go for a walk twice a day (Total of +5km/day)
✔Try adding Floor exercises everyday: (Stability Ball, Crunches, Leg Exercises, Mini Squats, Resistance Rube, Dumbbells)
✔Slowly move away from Grains
🚫No Sugar
🚫No Salt
🚫No Oil
