Well, I got to eat my low carb cauliflower crust pizza. Product was Cali'flour foods pizza crust made from 4 ingredients - only 6 carbs (3 net). I was surprised at how thin it was - almost paper thin. Tears easily if you defrost it before you cook it. I cooked mine on a pizza stone - still not too good because it doesn't get crispy. I ordered the pizza screen which is supposed to allow the whole crust to get exposed to heat better so it should crisp up.
What did I think? Pros: Can eat the whole thing guilt free - only 180 calories - 9" 3 net carbs Natural ingredients
Cons: Didn't get crispy Paper thin Tears easily Not satisfying like a pizza crust
I guess I have to give it another shot with the pizza screen. I wouldn't mind making the fathead pizza crust but it has a lot of calories per slice and I know 1 slice wouldn't cut it with me.

Great review, thanks for the info! Can it be purchased locally? Would you buy it again?

Hi Patty - They have a store location on their website califlourfoods. I will try to use the pizza screen to cook it and then let you know if I will buy it again! Oh yeah, as far as taste...well it tastes fine. It's so darn thing there isn't much there to really dislike!
