I started this whole thing before joining this app, was weighing in at about 81 and now sitting at 76, feeling good and fresh 💪🏽 I refuse to live like this anymore. I’m way too young to feel this old. I hope to stay motivated with all of you and hopefully do some motivating. 🌸
