I decided to start taking the keto supplements again...
The keto bomb with the fake sugar is way too sweet for me, I use only 1/4 scoop per mug of tea.
I went over on my calories yesterday but did stay extremely low on my carbs even while enjoying a few cocktails during the super bowl 🤷♀️👍

@john my “goal” is 1250 since I have a pretty low key lifestyle and I don’t exercise... but I try to keep it under 1400! Because sometimes fat rich foods with no carbs push me over my “limit”
