Just about finish with the food day.Had to re adjust foods because some
I added did eat and had to add those I did. Going good made a eggplant
today of Linda's site.I didn't realize eggplant is carby and the way
I made it(fried)but I don't really like it alone,I did make a parmesean
out of it.Counted each seperate. Pretty close to total cal.for the day
Trying to reach and stay within 1500.Gave up chewing sugar free bubble
gum.Couldn't walk today,weather iffy all day.Keep up the good work everyone.Now I have to figure out how to get my name along side when
ever I record something,haven't figured that one out.Most likely very
simple and not seeing it.

Haven't tried eggplant - maybe I should try some. I made parmesan chicken breasts and they were good.
