Have not recorded a Journal for some time, so here it is, 73.7 Kg this morning.

I needed to reduce my weight because I am going on another cruise soon so it pays to go on the ship light because the food is so nice you cannot help to try everything again.

But I do keep away from the saturated fats and anything that may increase my cholesterol levels, after all if I don't look after that I won't be going on any more trips where I will end up!

Spoke to a Chemist Warehouse lady the other day who was I think very surprised that I knew so much about what to eat and what not to eat. I think we must of talked for at least half an hour about everything. I told her that Lindt 85% dark chocolate was the best for you to eat in moderation, she said that she had another favourite. I met her again at the checkout, she showed me the chocolate she liked, I examined it, wow, 28% sugar per 100 grams, I said this was terrible, she did not even realise! We spoke about cholesterol, hers was high, another lady was listening and said hers was high to!

In order to keep your cholesterol low, you must not have added sugar or high saturated fats, which in turn keeps your weight down.

Just about every processed food you buy in the supermarket is laden with saturated fat and high amounts of sugar except for fresh fruit and vegies.

I have a very boring diet consisting of lean red meat once a week, chicken breast twice a week and baked fish for the remainder, I steam vegies every day and for desert I eat fresh fruit and Chobani yohurt.

I check every single label on all food bought and my local supermarket.

So I guess I must be the most boring person around, but my Identical twin brother and I are two of the most healthiest people around!!
