I've had a sad start to 2018 with a close family loss, and the negativity of uni exams. I've gained some weight, but hopefully returning to karate again and reducing my snacks I should get back on track. As well I want to enjoy cooking again, I lost the love for it and just ate the boring same thing. So I'm going to whip out my spiraliser and attack all the vegetables I can!
