We went out to eat. AND I behaved, I got a cucumber salad and a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with a pickle and red onions.

It is wonderful when we can eat correctly and still enjoy meals out with family and friends. I’m going to LA in a couple weeks and I definitely will need to stick with the basics

@newnbetter yes, my bf gets frustrated though because we are already limited to certain places that have gluten free options, now we also have to make sure I can get an acceptable meal that is low carb/no carb... so lately we have only like 6 options.
