Preparado para guerra.
1° marmita. 220 gr. de batata doce, 55 gr. file de peito de frango.
2° marmita. salada simples, alface, cebola, acelga.
3° marmita. 160gr de repolho refolgado, 160 gr de abobora.
4° e 5° repete a 2° e 3°.
