Well it's looking like I may have hit a slight plateau, I was loosing about 2lbs a week, but this last weigh in wasnt up to par and this morning when I checked my weight like I usually do before eating, it looked like I gained back a pound... I know there are fluctuations that can occur in your weight from day to day, so I am hoping that is all it is. I admittedly haven't been doing as much working out as I started with in the beginning, and I have had a handful of days in the past few weeks where I went slightly over my RDI...but I have at least made sure that I was still burning more calories than I've been eating. I am probably being too hard on myself, but one thing is for sure... I should definietly try to get back on the tredmill more regularly.
