Actually logging all my food has shown me that I'm not so much an emotional eater as an emotional non eater. My food diary may not have anything on it today, but that's because I've been too upset and sick to my stomach to eat anything, I am staying hydrated though.

Hopefully some good news will come in the next day or two.
