My house is filled with the smell of soup bones roasting with carrots, onions, leeks, with avocado oil and garlic on them.
Going to make some bone broth with them once finished roasting.
Made some Bullet protein coffee, it has kept me unhungry( is that even a word?) all day today, but still have brain fog.I used Thomas recipe.
- MCT Oil - 1 Tbsp or 14g - Ghee - 1/2 Tbsp - Cacao powder - 1 Tbsp - Coffee - 8oz - 12oz - Himalayan Salt - 1/8 Tsp
I think I might try my hand at cauliflower crackers tomorrow. I have a bunch of hummus I need to eat, and I cant have pita bread.
My calories have been kept at a fairly decent ratio, or so i think. Least when I log food they seem to say they are. I ordered some molds to try my hand at home made fat bombs I found recipes for, and ordered some MCT oil, and I made some burnt ghee today..lmao
Yeah it came out carmel looking, probably need to order some until I learn how to do it better =)
