It is more difficult than I thought it would be to hit the number of calories I am supposed to eat in order to lose weight. I feel over full and it also feels like cheating to eat more than I am used to in order to lose weight. This had better work. I am going to be very disheartened if I actually gain weight from consuming so many calories.
