I had a great work out 'fitbox' its a cross between kickboxing/circuit training. AND IT WAS GOOD! It kicked my jiggly ass! Just what I needed after being in bed for the past few days. I was worried that I would be outta shape or sluggish...but once I got into it I forgot about feeling achey or sick. I needed more water than normal...which is understandable.
I recorded my food intake too :) Tomorrow Im going to Bikram Yoga tomorrow. I've never been before but hopes it'll be a good experience! :)
3 days till I go on holiday!! (Visiting my brother n his wife n my sweet little niece in the USA!...Hope its sunnier than London!).
Thanks for all the nice get well messages. Everyone's been great! Although I still have 2weeks of meds to go...at least i can still eat right and work out. Thank God for my health. XOXO
