2nd day at trying the weight loss thing again. I got through yesterday well enough, though I did want to eat the whole can of cashews.
I must confess that I was encouraged because I tried on the dress I am wearing today. It fit, though a bit snug. It's new, it's blood red and gorgeous. My goal is to fit into that pretty mint green blouse though. I refuse to have to give that away.
