I had been obese/overweight for so long that I didn't realize how big I was. At 6'2" I can carry weight and still not look oversize. This morning as I was getting ready for work, I looked in the mirror and could really see how much I had shrunk. :) still a ways to go but it gives me a boost to know I am heading in the right direction. Funny thing is, I am still overweight, but I am slimmer overweight LOL!

I have noticed that I don't get hungry like I used to and I do little if any emotional/boredoom eating.
