Day Two of fast:

I did fairly well most the day. Had a splitting headaches that left me in agony . I drank my water, got in an hour nap, and about 11 pm the heaches was so bad. I failed I had an avocado, hoping the fat in it would help the headache. It worked. Woke up mild headache, not feeling starved. so I might have another at 4 pm today. Perhaps a can of tuna..either way the fat seems to help the headaches.

Weighed in a 198.4 this am. Lets see how well my body does after day 3 into Ketosis.

weakness is others in the house cooking, makes me ill to my stomach I wanna vomit, I walk downstairs near or in the kitchen all I can smell is everything on high alert and it makes me ill.

kinda reminds me of when I was pregnant..same heightened smells

Added 7 pm. Okay I failed on fast already. I have stuck to keto at least and low calorie. So, not a total loss. and no sugar today

When dieting what eating plan do you use? Maybe you could start a little easier with intermittent fasting. Go 16 - 18 hours on between meals. 8 will be while you're sleeping. Skip the weekends when your family is all home.Have you read anything on fasting. Dr. Jason Fong on Youtube is good.

I am doing the 16:5 Keto IF , and I wanted to start with a full blown fast, but it wasn't working for me. So, Its a mash up for KETO IF 16:5 with calories restriction. So, instead of 1600 calories, I'm sticking to 800 . Keto is hard for me, because most of whats it needs you to consume, I really dislike. But I'll do it til I get to a goal weight and exercise, and then find a meal plan I like for maintenance. I will eat eggs and fish, but I hate dairy, and I really don't like meat products at all.So, maybe Pescatarian, or felixtrian (sp??) after I lose might be a good fight for me. I am not new to Fasting. I lost 120 fasting 3 years ago..I just need to get this 45 lbs down, so I can focus more on strength training, exercise, and maintaining a diet thats works for me. You don't realize just have addicted your body is tyo carbs and sugars until to try to knock them out. Problem with me is getting out of the house, to walk . I need help and I have no support networks to help Im safe while walking. I've been walking around the yard, with the dogs, trying to make the most of what I have.

I also am recovering from 3 major surgeries where I blew up 33 lbs.I lost my pancreas, gall bladder, and damaged my liver due to cancer.
