6 more oz and I will be down the two pounds I gained after switching to total carbs instead of net...better than moving the other direction LOL. I will measure again this weekend to see if I have any changes there. Clothes are not fitting any looser really, just differently if that makes any sense.

Msamy, if you still dont see any results, you might need to tweek the # of calories you consume. Some people get better results around 1400 and others are closer to 2000. I know it seems frustrating, but you will get there. You are doing very good.

I lost 2 lbs. 2 days ago then gained 4 then down 1 and a half. I need to lock up my scale until I do my weekly weigh-ins.
