I'm trying to stay away from the scale - it is my obsession well after my kids :) I would weigh in the morning when I get up, before I leave the house for work, again when I get home, after dinner and before I go to bed. Yes, I know it is bad, but I said this is my obsession and it is getting better.
I'm really pushing to get below 70 again, training hard and eating better.
One day at a time :)
