Woke at 222.6, down .2 from yesterday. Working from home today after a doctor visit, so should be able to start dropping the water. UPDATE: Great numbers at the doctor and three great meals. Got to 219.4 after dinner as the water weight started to drop. Added a pint of Wink ice cream after weighing in (100 calories and 4 net carbs), which took me to 26 net carbs for the day.
