Like another poster, very disappointed in myself. Got down to a very decent weight. Fell off, went back on but never back down over a year ago. Well I am at it again. 2 weeks ago I was 191. 9 pounds lost in two weeks. I have been sick with my asthma and the flu. But I kept at it. I am eating more but I am eating clean good foods. I am on prednisone, which turns me into a witch, but this time no. I was on the plan for a little over a week and I could already tell my hormones were readjusting. I wish everyone good health and a good journey. Thanks for the support y’all have given me in the past. It was welcomed then as it is now. Happy Sunday, y’all.
