Back on track after a gilch.Strawberries still are okay with me,however
not greek yogurt which I love.I will try again down the road.OWL is going great,learning curve of course.I'm so carb sensitive that I really have to be careful.I know already what I cannot do if I want to
keep taking weight off and keeping it off. I love what I'm doing.Still
reading the new book and learning so much from everyone on this site.
This is the 4th week that I'm doing OWl and adding very very slowly.
I've learned from trying Atkins last time to pay attention and not rush
anything,but thats how my bode works.
Everyone enjoy your day,kudos to you all for hanging in there.We'll make it.
