4 days, I am give myself and then I am going on a long over due water fast. I am certain my body won't last long on my first try out, but I am going to try for as long as my mind allows me too. I'm sure I might need to try to make a good go at it again. My body is accused to carbs and sugar and I need to get it adjusted to get my progress kick started.
